From entering to leaving this establishment you feel valued and like family. The service from waitresses impressive; friendly and polite. Those who prepare your meal are Chef's. I will give many shout-outs to Bill Tieman who prepares your Friday fish dinners. AMAZING!!!! Don't take my word for it, go and find out for yourself. You will never go anywhere else for Friday fish.
A pilgrimage to an old friend. Go where the locals go! Great burger and fries. As I ate at the bar, attentive bartender. Made me feel comfortable, solo diner.
Surprising gem! The food was amazing, fresh, perfectly prepared, generous portions. Our server, Becky went above and beyond. She seemed genuinely excited about the restaurant and the food. We will be back!
I'll give this place 5 stars. I'm a fussy eater, food has to be delicious or I'm not satisfied. This place did not disappoint. Blue gill, shrimp, onion rings, hashbrowns, salad, cheese curds were all excellent! Bar was fun. Can't wait to come back to try other menu items. Keep up the great work to you all!
My band, Long Gone Henry, played here a few nights ago and it was an absolute blast. Delicious food, great selection of drinks, friendly staff and patrons and I love the location. Big shout to Mason, Steve, Gorman (?) and the whole crew there and thank you for hosting live music!
There was absolutely nothing wrong that would make me take a star away. The staff was appropriately surly but in a Wisconsin friendly way. The kitchen was equally slow for everyone. The burger was delicious and the extra cost for the fries was worth it. It has a fantastic dive bar feel and vibe. They dont take cards but have an atm there that charges 3. It was exactly what We wanted.
Great fish dinner, Hannah our waitperson was superb! Music too loud. Nice old building. We’ll go back!
